Join our team of highly qualified zoo keepers for from 9am as they take care of our penguins, fur seals, puffins and birds.

This is a great opportunity to meet some of the animals close up. Why not surprise someone on their birthday with a very unusual gift!

Keeper Experience - A Typical Day
This is an example of the type of day you will have at Living Coasts if you join us:

9.00 Welcome by our keepers

9.30 Help prepare fish and other feeds for the day

10.30 Feed the penguins with the keepers

10.45 Time to stop for a well earned cup of tea

11.15 Prepare feed and treats for the seals

11.45 Feed the seals, waders and sea ducks

1.00 Enjoy lunch in the Cafe with  the voucher you receive in the goody bag

2.00 Time to go home and put your feet up or continue exploring the rest of the exhibit!
